D-looked tough
O-line was good, how BOUT SOME MORE PLAYS FOR Massey, Givens and Henderson
Romo needs to tuck and run more
I am beginning to wonder if Phillips ws playing, if we could go to a Bowl?

I honestly dont care much about what happens in College Station. Tulane is the game we need. Hope we show alot of pride and no one gets injured in Aggieland.

Come on let's get a road trip going. These guys deserve some support. What's great about roadtrips is that only the best fans go. so if you fit that category I expect to see you on the road to College Station early Saturday morning.

Booyah... Stal-man, booyah....
(I'm feeling very "booyah" after this win, and I don't know why...)

Unfortunately we can't surprise the Ags now! Bennett still is gambling too much, which puts us consistently in a tougher position than we should be. He was right to go for the field goal two of the last three times in the 2nd half, but I really questioned him doing it with 2 and a half minutes left, given the lousy blocking for special teams and the potential for a blocked kick, which was, in fact, what happened. We were luckey it wasn't picked up and taken in for a touchdown!

He was right to go for those FGs. (Special teams blocking needs to be FIRST in every practice this week.) Hitting even one of those would have ended it a little earlier.
CONGRATULATIONS, PONIES!

We just beat a ranked team, so A&M will actually prepare for us.
A&M is coming off a tough loss and a bye week and is going to be pumped up to play and blow us off the field.
But I don't give a [deleted]. I'll be there. Section 149, Row 32, Seats 12 and 13. Go Ponies, Go Defense, and give me Martin and Massey in the backfield and pound away. That is how Clemson won.

I stand by my statement! Given our lousy blocking and our great defense, I think he made a mistake trying to kick it the last time. How many blocked kicks have we had on special teams the first two games. At least 4! Additionally, the snaps from center the previous 2 times had been high. Guess what, it was high again the last time! Our defensive pass coverage had been great all night long. In my opinion, there was no way they were going to take the ball 75 yards down the field without blowing most of the clock, especially since they had burned most of their timeouts earlier in the half!

it is also a very late home opener for the Aggies-they will be pumped sky high.

Lots to like about the game last noght obviously, but I have to agree the last field goal attempt with 2 minutes left was a bad decision - we were lucky. There are only a few ways to lose when the other team needs two touchdowns to win - having the kick blocked is one of them. We have an excellent punter and that is where you use him to pin them deep and ask them to score twice in two minutes with one time out.
I think we have a couple things to work on -
- the inside handoff thing will fool less and less people as the year goes on - we need to find new running plays that highlights the skills Martin brings - we also are wasting CUSA's best tight end.
- special teams - we pull what we did last night on a good team and they hang 21 points on us off those plays
Still need more pressure on the QB - we should gamble less on offense and more on defense IMO.

Kennedy will get some touches as the year goes on. He was invaluable in opening some holes for Martin on some of those runs.
