Last time we beat Tulane was in 1991, a 31-17 game. We don't exactly have their number now do we? Tulane is favored by 4. This is going to be a very hard game for SMU to win. Tulane is no pushover. They were considered pretty highly before the hurricane and all the ensuing disruptiions. They want to win this one for their fans, school and Louisiana. I'm calling it Tulane 31 SMU 17. Wish it weren't so but I don't see SMU winning this one. Your sports information genius. Nacho.

I see no record of ever playing Sul Ross. Despite the possible humiliation of losing to them I am not opposed.

well I thought I'd get you on record as to whether we should be playing big bad Tulane before the game so you don't start crying after the game about how mean and tough our schedule is and how we should drop down and play Sam Houston State Monument instead. We've been playing these schools for 80 years-Maybe if you just made a list of the big bad teams-who've we've played for 80 years-that are just too damn tough these days.

Evidently you missed my post yesterday on this very subject where I outlined the teams we should not be playing. I think we should play teams in our own conference. No problem with that even though we may lose all of them.

Easy guys! I am as pissed as anyone over the aggies but it is not all doom and gloom. We should have beat Baylor if the coaches would have pulled their head out of thier arse. TCU was a program building win! Tulane will be a defining game for this team.
