Sounds like an ultimatum

Coach B says in the DMN players lack the passion. He claims it's because it's too hot to practice comfortably. Didn't these kids all go to HS in Texas? C'mon.

At any rate, Copeland's take on the absence of passion was, "But, that's for the coaches to get handled."

Is it too far a stretch to assume then that if the passion remains lacking, the coaching performance is similarly lacking and a change will be made?

Looks like Bennett is being set up as the fall guy.

"Fall guy" implies lack of fault. Is there any lack of fault here?

Bennett didn't hire himself.
