Sports psychologist

I know y'all will probably think this is a dumb question and suggestion, but does the team have a sports psychologist? I know there are a myriad of problems, but maybe if someone could come in and try to help the guys change their mindset, it could help a bit - mind over matter, self-fulfilling prophecy and all that stuff.

I think Dr Phil's son is a freshman at SMU. Maybe he can get the old man to give some free advice. Dr Phil played at Tulsa btw.

Maybe they could get Senator Allen from Virginia to channel his dad. "Losing is death". "Every time you lose, you die a little inside". "First series offense, First series defense". "I'll give $100 to the man who puts a hard hit on Roger Staubach. They don't have a replacement, what's his name? Longley?" Great stuff.
