Woo Ball State and illegal books, thats a biggie, cars and cash are okay for Ohio State, but books, its an outrage give them the DP

Didn't Miles Brand say recently that the DP would never be handed out again, because of the crippling effect it's had at SMU? I guess renegade programs like Ohio State, 'Bama, etc., are safe. What a surprise.

I believe something similar happened at TSU3 (Texas State - San Marcos), a Div. 1-AA school.

Not to mention this since books for athletes are usually checked through the registrars office would this be "institutional control"?

Books are big money. I hear the Colombians are starting to smuggle them into the country in Cessnas.
