You've said before on this site that you don't know Coach Bennett, save perhaps for a cursory handshake somewhere (you know, at all the fundraising events to which you contribute while spouting your "knowledge" about everything from recruiting to which side of the planet the sun will rise on....) And if you don't know the man, and you are not a coach, it's pretty low-brow to sit here and call him a loser. Get to know the man and you'll realize there's a huge difference between his win/loss record and what kind of person he is. Do you know that this is a personal vendetta against Phillips? Did Bennett tell you that? Did Phillips tell you that? Don't present every word that spills out of your pipe as fact when you don't know any more than anyone else here. Maybe there is a reason. If there is, I don't know what it is. But neither do you. Maybe he doesn't go to class. Maybe he hasn't mastered the offfense. Maybe he flipped off the coach. Or maybe, just maybe, Willis is as good as the reports suggest he is. Personally, I don't like the idea of burning up Willis's redshirt. But if he's really that much better in practice, let's defer to the coaches who see them every day.

And do tell us who exactly thinks Chris Phillips weight is an issue. Doesn't seem to be an issue with Vince Young who is approximately the same height and weight....
Never mind the fact that Young is about 2-2.5 inches taller, and is a completely different runner than Phillips. But if height, weight and footspeed were all it took to be an effective QB, Justin Isham would be under center for us.

Quick, tell us again what makes you an SMU fan? Look at what you wrote.

And Tom Brady clocks in at a sizzling 5.25 -- hbis completions and Super Bowl rings must be just one big mirage. Doesn't rivals distribute a guide that explains how playing QB is more than a mathematical equation based on your height and 40 time?
