Formula for Success

This season we need to make a coaching change and hire another "good recruiter". After two years of good recruiting, we switch coaches again to another "good recruiter", just as the losing and the "look to the future" BS starts to wear thin.
Two years later, we would have four poor seasons but would have four good recruiting years in a row. Despite the losing, the talent piles up.
At that point, we hire a 3rd coach -- a strategist. He takes the talented team and wins for two years.
We then take the TCU approach and use a couple of years of brief success to springboard us to a better conference, while hiring a 4th coach who is skilled at both recruiting and in-game strategy.
It's a lose-win proposition.
