Mike Price gets over
Posted: Mon Oct 10, 2005 5:49 pmSports Illustrated has agreed to "settle" the $20 million defamation suit filed by Price after S.I. ran that story about Price going to a strip club while employed (albeit briefly) at Alabama. Court ruling prohibits discussion of said settlement, but Price was quoted on SportsCenter as saying "I'm one happy man now." Translation: He won't worry about how to afford his S.I. subscription for the rest of his life. Lots of bucks headed his way....
