What is sas is that it has a starting bid of $50 and nobody has bid yet. The other thing I have an issue with is that the Athletic Department is trying to cash in on Romo and Chase buy selling their autographs on a $5 program. Seems wrong to me.

The athletic department should stop worrying about selling autographed programs on ebay, commemorative DVDs, and other teams gear at our games and start getting their marketing in order. It is pathetic.

That's no different than Texas hawking Vince Young jerseys or USC pushing T-shirts with Reggie Bush and Matt Leinart on them. Every school that has something to sell .... sells it. College sports always has been a business, always will be.

What is sad is that all we can manage is a one time hit of $50 for the 93rd Most Important Moment in SMU history. Of course, nobody has actually bid $43 over the appraised market value for this once in a lifetime item. I might bid $7 but the $7.95 in shipping and handling is pretty high.
