Baylor, Marshall and now ECU. All games we should have won. Seems like the talent is there, may be a coaching issue.

NickSMU what are you smoking???? Interceptions are not the coaches fault. You are you right that the talent is there but unfortunately Romo made so bad reads....especially on the interception that lead to ECU's last touchdown. But then again had Bobby Chase caught the pass that he should have caught on the 30 yard line several plays before that then SMU might have been on there way for a touchdown.

I look at this way the team has made some mistakes that lead to big plays. Like the blown coverage in the first half that lead to ECU's first touchdown. That is not the coaches fault just a mental error by the defender. So stop blaming the coaches for players mental errors!!!

plenty of bad reads, wobbly passes and then some dropped balls that could have gone for big plays. All adds up to another bad day for SMU. This was a game this team had to win to improve on last year. Judging from today's crowd, looks like fewer and fewer even care

Well, less than a thousand were ECU fans so you have 10,000 there to see SMU though probably 1500 were the kids there from the Fellowship of Christian athletes. Great?...no. but as ususual in most game with big attendance numbers, the other teams fans make up the majority of the attendance. In summary, the SMU fans who care are a pretty constant number that hasn't changed, but just more obvious when the opposing team doesn't have many in attendance.
