ever notice how the tax form you get from the school thanking you for your donation pledges to put the money to the best use possible? That statement in and of itself definitely leaves some room for discussion...

I wrote an email regarding the online store and didn't receive jack squat, and frankly that pi$$ed me off. At least acknowledge it and give me some generic response like, "thank you for your comments, we are currently....."

Instead I get nothing.

Now see, there is your problem...you sent it to too many people. Each one thought the other guys would take care of it. Send all of your e-mails to Jim Copeland...maybe he will see the light. Of course, it wouldn't hurt to cc Turner so he can see the light too.
