What's more likely is the Frogs will be kicking themselves for a 21-10 loss at SMU on Sept. 10 as the potential reason they aren't playing in a BCS bowl game.
"If we win our next three, then I'll really be upset about the SMU loss," Patterson said.
We are horrible, buit we are still going to kill the frogs chance at BCS bowl. At least something good will come of this.

(On what his team's demeanor has been like leading up to games): "We've been very businesslike. We're very focused. I think we learned a lesson from SMU."

They never really had a chance at a BCS bowl considering how strong the pool of applicants is this year. But, you can take solice in the fact that you made sure they wouldn't see a BCS berth.

That is extremely satisifying to me that the Froggies lost to SMU and will not be considered for a better bowl because of it....haha frogs!!

It's a few years later than I would have liked, but it sure feels good to return the favor!

No BCS for the toads. That would be the Las Vegas Bowl I believe for the MWC champions.
Yes, I would love to trade places with them, as far as going to a bowl game, but the only solace to our season is seeing them knocked down a peg due to our game.
Of course we know why they have done so well in the MWC, the TCU players are "fast" and they "run extremely well".

hope they don't go to the Liberty Bowl and beat our CUSA champ. While they are complaining about the lower bowl they get, we'll be wondering why no coach wants to replace Phil, and how the next coach will do better
Maybe Charlie Waters will reconsider

I would rather have TCU's "problem" than our's.

If we are wishing for other people's problems I would rather have UTs or USCs
