* Rusty Burns expects Jerad Romo to bounce back after ending the last two games with interceptions. So do I.

* Chris Urbanus will start at right guard over Brad Kieschnick. "He deserves to start," head coach Phil Bennett said. "But all the linemen will play.

* Bennett said DeMyron Martin "should start in some one- and two-back sets on nonpassing downs." Huh? Since we rarely go with the three-back set (or more than three), and since first down is not considered "a passing down," I'm assuming that means Martin will start.

*There's a reception tonight at Ford Stadium to honor Cash Birdwell, who is retiring. To RSVP, call Kristi Kaiser at 214-768-1319. Tickets are $30.

You both expected that last game too. Face it, we have the diciest quarterback situation in college football.

So when Demyron is in a one back or two back set it appears that we are going to run the ball since it is a non-passing down. Can anyone say 9 men in the box?

At which point .... play-action to Kennedy!
He's bigger than most of Rice's defensive linemen -- there's no way they have a DB or LB who could bring him down.

I hope so, because with a 3 WR set, that means we have an uncovered receiver. See ya later!!!! 6 points

Good job on the math, DM75. I'll take that play all day.
