Well we are almost there. 2 more wins and the goal of a 5 win season is complete. Very satisfying.
BTW Rice may be the worst d-1 team I have ever seen in person and I have seen us play.

Yes, the Owls are terrible, and they were missing some guys because of injury. But considering how we've done against the option in recent years, I was thrilled with the win. I know, you shouldn't get excited about whipping a winless team, but considering the fact that Rice has handed us our heads in recent years, it becomes a much more gratifying win.
Winning out is going to be tough, to say the least, but it's obvious we're better than we were a year ago.
Hey, the week off before Rice helped. Maybe a week off before Houston will help just as much.
