Let's just say there will be some rearranging in the stands with the band.

Huh?
Is there something I'm missing here?

Since the student body will be non-existent (as it has at almost every game this season!) because of the Thanksgiving break, I suspect that the Mustang Band will be seated on the press box side with the rest of us.

I agree with MrMustang, and I suspect that the band has to move over to our side to make room for all the UTEP people that will be in attendance.

No way the band will sit on the home side...We would never hear them, except for the echo off of the empty seats.

Thanksgiving weekend....you never know. Little echo if there's people over there. Maybe they aim and bounce the sound off of the sure-to-be empty student section.

Even so....I'll bet the band moves over a bit, but not to the home side.

Move the band behind the visitors bench. Maybe help UTEP with some 'coaching' pointers.

Yeah, sit the band starting in row 1 in the 50 yard line section. That way
you insure maximum stereo effect, and best sound around the stadium.
With those upturned horns, you'll have them pointed exactly at us over in the west side for maximum volume.

Maybe you could lean over a little to play Barbara Ann during a crucial
UTEP timeout in the 4th quarter. 8) Point those horns directly at UTEP
huddles on the sidelines.

My Dad told me they used to sit the students in lower seats at the 50 in
the Cotton Bowl to RAZZ the opponents. Especially during the Notre
Dame game in 1950.

We should put the band, and all three students behind the visitor's bench!
