Posted: Sat Nov 26, 2005 11:33 amYup -- raining at the moment, but the radio just said it should blow out "by noon, or shortly thereafter" (big word for a radio weather wonk, but she said it). She even said there should be sunshine by early- to mid-afternoon.

some bright spots on the horizon, and its quit here in Plano at 12:30.
