not champs, but hearts of champs
Posted: Sat Nov 26, 2005 7:22 pmgreat win. Its tough to say how good we are, but I do know this team had alot of heart. Came from behind twice today. Too bad we werent playing for a bowl game and division championship today. We were playing for respect, but that doesnt draw fans. Utep always brings some fans, but this year they brought 4 times as many as any time they have been here since the mid 90s. Thats what playing for a championship will do. I really wish we would find a way not to have home games on Thanksgiving weekend. But if we do, its gotta be a meaningful game. Heres to playing for a bowl game next season. Go Mustangs.
