Wouldn't bother me in the least if we dropped Texas State.

"Our philosophy of scheduling has changed. For many years we played one to three money games (against teams in Bowl Championship Series conferences). It's tough to grow our program by doing that, and we put ourselves in tough situations over the years. We're playing in a tougher league (Western Athletic Conference), and we have to schedule smarter."
Clearly, this AD doesn't read this board, because if he did, he would know that it is more important for a team to get its head bashed in than it is to schedule winnable games. The proper way to grow a program is to get kicked in balls as often as possible to build character.
At no point in your rambling, incoherent response were you even close to anything that could be considered a rational thought. Everyone in this room is now dumber for having listened to it. I award you no points, and may God have mercy on your soul.

Good thing you feel that way since we aren't playing them.

There has been so much discussion about whether SMU is or is not playing Texas State on this board.
It wouldn't bother me if SMU didn't play Sam Houston State, either.

OO I'm sure you're gonna be loving that game next season
If I had to choice whether we would play SHSU or TSU I would pick Texas State.
