Hardy should be suspended for this, and I expect that is what will happen.
The difference between this and the other allegations is that Myron Hardy was CHARGED with the crime. No charges are going to be filed against Cedric Griffin and Ramonce Taylor since there was no attempted robbery (there was an altercation though). The gun incident was found to involve no UT players.
