CUSA Bowl Game #1: New Orleans Bowl

The Southern Miss Golden Eagles of CUSA take on the Arkansas State Indians of the Sun Belt Conference.
ESPN at 7 PM (Central). Be sure to cheer on CUSA..
Also SMU will be playing ASU next season, the big reasno why I want to watch the game.

The big reason to watch this game is watching the New CUSA get it's first bowl win.

I didn't know Ark State was Division I. At least our strength of schedule next season won't be hurt as badly as I thought it would...

Don't go down that road about Ark State...last summer we had some deranged fan screaming bloody murder about how much better they were than us.

Well, they are the champs of a really weak Sunbelt this year. The Gateway, a IAA conference was ranked ahead of them by Sagarin this year. There are only two teams with winning records and those are 6-5.

Texas State...hmm..Told them that we weren't playing them but they wouldn't listen.
