HTL - you going to watch the Tigers vs. SMU on Jan 14? Just wondering what kind of SMU contingent we will have at the game. Also, is it best to buy tickets for the game from SMU as opposed to going directly through the Memphis ticket office? Didn't know if they had a visitors section that would get me better seats than the ones upstairs I end up with when I go to other Tiger games - such as the game against the Zags tonight.

YES..going to the SMU / Tigers game on 1/14....by then, Memphis will be ranked #2, we will upset them, and Tubbs will be the best thing since pockets on pants....getting my tics from a banker bud, on the floor, so....look for a rather obnoxius guy down low...long live Johnnie James.

You may be right about their number 2 ranking - especially after the way they played in the 2nd half last night. You would think that Memphis won the national championship last night with the way the people (especially the sports radio guys) are reacting. Great win, but they still have a ways to go. As for the SMU game, I think I am more worried about how many times Carney and CDR are going to dunk on our boys - but we can dream about the upset can't we.

BRING BACK THE GLORY DAYS OF SMU FOOTBALL!!!

For some strange reason, one of the few universities that REFUSE to use their school colors: Harvard Crimson & Yale Blue.
