Thought that as well. It was a bad call not to review it. However, my wife was thrilled that Tech lost. I asked her how she could cheer for the non-Texas team and she politely informed me that she hates Tech and that Tech deserves every bad thing that happens to them especially after the attempt to run up the score against SMU the year before.

Got to a love a woman who sticks to her guns so to speak.

They wouldn't have had to worry about it if their offense had managed more than 10 points. All they had to do was score 20 and Bama wouldn't have had a chance. It wasn't just the defense, the QB missed some plays that probably would have at least led to a couple of field goals.

You fail to realize that Bama didn't get close to scoring another TD.

No apologies, just reality. Bama didn't actually score a TD - thus they shouldn't have won.

What? Is it that in your world only last minute TDs count?

Would they have been in the Cotton Bowl had the refs made the correct call on the last play of the game against OU?

He was down on the 2 put the ball on the 1-- then pushed it across the goal.

Still, neither call was as bad as the bull [deleted] call we got against Marshall in the 4Q!!!!!!

Who cares? I only care about TT when we play them. Hopefully, we'll upset them next year. That would be very very nice.

I am ALWAYS ready to see Big XII teams lose, their fans need a little deflating of the ego, and need to realize there are other conferences out there in college football.

Was there and no doubt was I cheering for Alabama then. The bad thing was that I was in the center of Tech fans but it made it even better (after they were smack talking me the entire game) when that field goal went through.

Roll Tide Roll! Well it was better than the Tenny vs A&M game last year for sure.
