Looking at the schedules, Tulsa should be favored to repeat as C-USA champs. They play So. Miss. and UTEP at home, which should be their strongest competition for the title. Of course they will probably lose one or more of the following games on the road: ECU, Memphis, Houston, and SMU. Still they have the softest schedule in C-USA with SMU running a close second.

You heard it here: Tulsa will lose in Ford Stadium in 2006!

UAB, Marshall and ECU are our cross division teams again. Marshall and ECU are improving. UAB may be sliding down a notch.

Toughest game at Ford this year won't be Tulsa (we will win that one!) but instead UAB. That 4 star Wide Receiver they just picked up is legit and they didn't lose that much.

Didn't they lose their supposed all-star QB? Anybody know what they had at QB behind Hackney?

Probably another hot shot JC kid that could not get into SMU.

That link (collegefootballnews) probably has us with the harder schedule simply because we have to play Tulsa, and even though they're no better than we are, they beat us last year and they're the defending C-USA champs. They get to play SMU coming off a 5-6 season, making their schedule "easier."
It will no longer be viewed that way after we beat them at Ford Stadium next year!
