He'll have to repeat that performance, or maybe even improve upon it, if we're going to beat TCU. LaMarcus McDonald is the best LB we'll see all year. He's amazingly fast and he hits like he's trying to kill someone. And he's effective against everyone — he opened a lot of eyes last year against Nebraska, which always has a great offensive line. He's the kind of player that offensive coordinators have to account for when they devise their game plan. They will need to make sure they have blockers assigned to him at all times.
