The Door is Open

Have the Dallas Cowboys left the door slighly open with the move of their broadcasts to the Ticket and the signing of TO?

We need to find some serious marketing money for Shawn and tell him to be a good salesman and get our foot in that door before is slams shut. Last year we started playing some exciting football (except for college station), with the last minute drive against UAB and the last minute field goal at Houston. Replay these broadcasts on the Ticket during and after the Cowboy broadcasts. Start hypeing we could be in contention for the CUSA championship. Sell, Sell, Sell and give Shawn the tools to do his job.

We could and should be Dallas' D1 college football team.
Just send 'da money.

This comment ranks with the "Texas-OU Game in Dallas is the reason SMU sucks" comment. T.O. signing with Dallas will have ZERO positive effect on SMU-It ain't leaving the door open to nothin'. They are totally and completely separate issues.

You are completely right. Having the biggest college football game(two non-Dallas teams) in our backyard does not hurt local recruiting.

Sometimes I wonder about you people. After all Stallion, you are the one who wanted to come up with a Dallas logo for the school. Guess what, Dallas--and now Highland Park--is UT country because of the Red River Shootout.
