Anyone know the rules on the NFL signing underclassmen and redshirt underclassmen? Wasn't Reggie Bush a RS Jr last year?

As I recall, the player must be three years removed from their final season in high school. Of course, I might be wrong.

Bush was a true junior.

Like mentioned above, you can leave after three years after HS. That can be junior year, or RS-So year, or true Soph year if you went to prep school for a year.
