I hope to god this kid is living on campus, working out and throwing the ball with his teammates. Leave the beer drinking to BUS and Mrydel. You will have summers to party later..

I am hoping he does not spend his summer goofing off and partying. He is the big key to our season this year.

I had to kick him out of the condo last Saturday. He would not go home at 3:30 in the morning.
Mydrel called later after he showed up at his house.

Scroll down to the thread "Arkansas Memory" and see the picture of me liquored up being tackled by the State Troopers.

Actually those are boxers. State Troopers started by issuing a wedgie.

So is Justin Willis going to have a better first year at QB than Chris Phillips did?

Considering he has a better line to work with.....I would say probably so.

I think so for three reasons. First, he'll have better up front protection, so he won't be running for his life. Second, we have a few games against teams with equal or lesser talent early on. And lastly, he has better receivers to throw to including Phillips.

Well, the line must have learned that trick during the off-season, because I do not recall them being particularly adept at pass blocking in the past.

Both lines got better over the season and over the last couple of years. Anybody that doesn't see it doesn't want to see it.

I'm not sure the offensive line has improved significantly-I think DeMyron Martin made them look a lot better as he seems to get significant yardage after the first hit. They should be somewhat improved this year with added maturity. The defensive line has made some nice strides and should be the strength of the team. As bad as we match up with Texas Tech in the opener we match up very well with North Texas which probably won't be able to take advantage of our untested CBs since they have an anemic passing game. Hopefully, that will be the difference in Denton.
