the schedule on smumustangs.com has only one game... maybe they make decisions as the season rolls along.. but if there is only goin to be one game i will not renew my membership and i loved it last year because i got to watch almost every game... especially the away games

There is a difference between the CSTV games and the CSTV.com games. I watched most all games I did not attend on my computer, but I think there was only 1 on CSTV.

I believe CSTV ended up with a few of our games last year but we were only scheduled for one at the start of the season.

Yes, a lot of the games, at least four, ended up on CSTV, at least regionally. And I think a couple of those were shown nationally in the wee hours of the morning.

CSTV adds games as they go. That is just the schedule they have set so far, they stay flexible in scheduling and try and bring games of interest, depending on how the season is going. You should be able to see most every game at least via Broadband with hopefully a few more of the games making it to the Broadcast schedule.

Yeah they added quite a few games to Dish Network on the Alt_ channels I know I saw SMU play UAB, ECU, UH, UTEP, and Marshall on Dish last year.

Don't they kind of take the left over games as well, after ESPN or Fox pass on them?

I know on CSTV.com, they show every game.

They might not have CSTV announcers, like the UTEP, UAB, and/or Marshall game (all were the other team announcers) because its on CSTV nation wide I guess.

I didn't even know they had other regional stations like the above people say.

But I too was thinking there would only be on game on CSTV.com last season, until I went back and noticed every week they were still showing games. However, only one negative, not once were the SMU used as the announcers.

I was wondering that when I came back home and re-watched the UTEP game to see how it looked on TV..and was wondering why our announcers weren't used..but UTEP's were. O well. They didn't seem to believe we would beat them either.

But, yea, all SMU games not on FSN or ESPN will be on CSTV.com.

I thought I heard the UAB game was gonna be televised.

EDIT: ESPN doesn't apply to this thread, and I just totally forgot about it. :(

It will be on the tube. I think it is on ESPN-2.

I had to watch all games on CSTV last year, as I will have to this year again.

The only game that wasn't available was the A&M game. Must be due to a Big 12 conflict or something, or maybe it was aired regionally in Dallas??? Couldn't tell you. But I'd imagine all games to be available if you subscribe.

Regarding announcers, I do recall one game (can't remember which)where they did use SMU announcers, as I was surprised to hear Craig Swann's voice and drawl.

The reason the A&M game wasn't, was because it was on FSN Southwest.

This season, the UAB @ SMU game, the one on Tuesday won't be on CSTV cause it's on ESPN, meaning ESPN has the rights to it.

Tulane is the only SMU game on CSTV to be shown nationally at the moment.

I noticed on DirecTV that there are a ton of CBS sports channels reserved. I am wondering if those are going to be for CSTV regional games. I also wonder if they will be pay channels.
