If it is on TV, let's hope we are more competitive than the last time we played a Big 12 team on TV in addition to being more competitive with Tech last time we played them in Lubbock!

I doubt it is going to be on TV since they have not moved the kickoff. It is still a night game and the first Saturday night of Football on the channels is full. CSTV could be a possibility, but I don't think they have the rights to even televise a Tech home game, perhaps it will be on Broadband, but that is probably iffy, unless Tech does their own "homegrown" pay stream.

...it could be picked up by an independent station which is allowed under the Big 12 agreement if the game isn't a game chosen as one of the Big 12's Games of the Week on its various networks.

I think Cuban will broadcast it on the internet with Dan Rather doing play by play.
