Mustangs35SMU and I met him at Hughes-Trigg a year ago. He's got a good attitude about playing football "you just gotta give it your all, and when that's not enough, give some more"

I've heard the same thing -- sounds like BB is putting in some overtime on the conditioning work. Way to go, Brandon -- keep at it!

Those who knew Brandon as a freshman wouldn't even recognize him now. The guy looks great.

When I first saw the pic of the day, I though tennis pro Andy Roddick had come to watch an SMU practice. Sure hope LB Taylor Bon does as well in football as Roddick in tennis.

about 325+ from a couple of years ago. If that's true then he does deserve a lot of credit because he hasn't scratched the surface yet of what he could be if he wasn't doubled up from exhaustion after every 3 plays or so.

He tipped the scales at 340 at one time, he has worked very hard!

A couple of years ago, I was talking to Bob Fello (the old D-line coach) and he told me that Brandon Bonds could not look at a plate of food without putting on weight (great line).
Congrats to Brandon for all the hard work to get the weight down!
