Was told that they can be picked up at SMU's upcoming scrimmage in August. Can't remember date though..

WorldStang: Pardon me if i have not been paying attention, but where did the Nike MustangMania come from? Is that an original creation or something we'll be seeing on a grander (?) scale?

Heard yesterday that season ticket sales are up "significantly" from one month before last season. Don't know any specific numbers yet, though.

sorry, but like i've stated before, i haven't been to an SMU game since they played in the Cotton Bowl... when you buy GA seats, can you sit in any GA section are or are they GA within each section in the endzone? does that make sense? When you purchase GA seats, they give you a section.... do you have to stay in that section?

Buy the cheapest ticket you can, get a freebie if at all possible, then come join mrydel and I on the fifty yard line.

Mrydel is funny. Bottom line is that unless you sit in somebody's seats and they complain, nobody is going to care where you sit. I wouldn't abuse it and sit on the 50 yard line on 10th row, but if you bought an endzone seat and sat in the upper level on the 20 (still a great seat, BTW), I doubt anybody will care. Ford isn't the Ballpark in Arlington, where they will yell at you for scooting down a single row.

Now if you keep inviting others, someone will have to sit on my lap. That being the case, be sure and bring your wife.

Regarding that increase in season ticket sales: There were 4k last year. My guess is someone saying they were "significantly higher" would have to be a number less than 4k, or else they would've said they "doubled" or "more than doubled."
If so, that means 5k or 6k.

Don't sit there because those are my seats.
