Seats in Lubbock for Pony Fans

Section 13 is what the SMU ticket office has. Section 116 is for visitors, but you can only buy them from the Texas Tech ticket office. Here is the Tech ticket office number: 806-742-4412. They go on sale Monday morning at 8:30am. Go Mustangs!!!

Section 116 = a lot of dust in your face if a windstorm comes up on Sept. 2. Yuk! That's facing due west, I believe.

They say it's easiest to park at the bball arena and take a shuttle, a la the DART bus we have at Mockingbird station. Better still, I think they said it's free.

Your best bet for parking would be to park by the arena and dorms and take the shuttle. It is free and is pretty good about making the rounds every 10 minutes

Got 8th row in section 116 today! They said other SMU fans, had bought tickets in this section too. Go Stangs!!!

I've got mine!! Section 116, row 8, seats 21-22.
These seats are $25 each from the Tech ticket office ((806) 742-8324) and are on about the 10 yard line, high up. Tickets in the SMU block that you can buy from SMU are $40, and they are end zone seats.
Get your tickets!!

mrydel, don't get tickets on my account. There's not enough money to get me to Lubbock ,Texas for any reason. Well, except business, but only when they're paying me.

Just got mine. Section 9 row 11. $25 ea.
Should have a nice view of a couple of D-Train TDs.
Maybe he'll autograph a ball and hand it to the crowd.

I went last time we played in Lubbock. The game was bad and the hospitality was worse. I'll be staying in Dallas this time. Hope everyone who goes has a great time though, and go ponies!
