The two backup WR were kicked off the team. That is a position we are deep at anyway.

PonyPride, Brandon Douglas "left" last spring. Then Catron Houston recently. Douglas was a career backup but Houston could have earned a starting spot for the 2007 season. He blew it. It opens up for Michael Crabtree and Edward Britton.

Posted: Mon Aug 21, 2006 11:09 amStraight from Lubbock: Glenn January has NOT been suspended. Not only is he healthy and eligible, he also apparently is an honor student and an all-around good guy. He's supposed to play.
