This is a curiousity question. I am aware that all have said, and probably properly, that the game is not televised. I am then curious as to the 6:00 start time. That seems unusual to me. Does Tech normally statrt their games early summer at 6:00 or was there a particular reason for this time. I am used to college games being at 2:00, 3:00, or 7:00 unless on television. Thanks.

Maybe on one of the alternate sport channels on DISH? There were a couple of games last year that I thought were on one of those channels.

It is an odd time and I don't know if it on TV or not. I will be at the game, so I'm not too worried.

But you are a little bit worried, aren't you? I'm going to the game, too, but I think I'm medium worried (which obviously is more than a "little" worried).

No. Not worried at all. In the last four years, Tech lost three games in Lubbock. All three finished that season with 11 or more wins. Two of those three teams finished in the in the top 5. The third team that didn't finish in the top 5, beat us in overtime. The short version is only the Longhorns have a shot at beating Tech in Lubbock.
Tech's problem is playing on the road.

probably because Tech games last so long with 70 passes per game and the students want to make some passes of their own later that Nite.

Thanks. That is what I was wondering. I was hoping it was due to TV but actually figured not so.
