Actually, I don't think that was a fake fumble. I can't recall who fielded that kickoff (Blaine Smith?) but I recall he said it was truly hard to get a handle on it. Which actually helped the play work because by the time the ball was picked up to toss to Leach, the outside coverage guys had converged on the ball and there was nothing but green for the Miracle Man.
