Richmond over Duke
Montana State over Colorado
Portland State over New Mexico

Who will be the next I-A team to fall?

I love it-I hope all the ADs and Coaches that signed those games get their asses fired by Monday.

GO SPIDERS!!! my sister graduated from there in May so I was pretty excited to see that happen, but Montana St. over Colorado is a pretty terrible start for the defending BIG 12 North Champs

Your wish already came true for SMU. Jim Copeland is gone.

That's an odd conclusion.

Waitaminute! Waitaminute! Waitaminute!

Are these the same Mustang fans who - only a week ago - were saying that SMU would kick Sam Houston State's butt all over Ford Stadium?

Just because a 'lowly' Div. 1-AA team from the Big Sky State knocked off the University of Colorado Buffaloes doesn't mean that the same will happen at Ford Stadium on September 16. ;)

Get real, people.

And remember: Steve Orsini didn't schedule this game. Jim Copeland did.

But right now...North Texas State looms on the horizon. One game at time, people. One game at a time.

Last week there were 28 games between IA and IAA. This season, there will be 74 total.

BTW, of the 28 games played to date, there have been 3 losses by IA teams, which means that IA has won 89% of the games played, which is the same as in years past. The only thing that made any of this newsworthy is the fact that Colorado was one of the teams.

74 IA teams playing IAA. That is a lot of GM's that need to be fired.

But hey, anyone that stuffed envelopes in the SID office when they were in college is clearly more qualified.
