MWC v CUSA strength of schedule

Lest anyone start to brag on the MWC record...is the strength of schedule even comparable?
The MWC is playing the worst non-conference SOS.
Let's look at the Quality of the opponents:
The 6 CUSA Losses were to 4 ranked opponents, 3 in the TOP 10.
They played 2 SEC teams, 2 BIG12 teams, 1 Beast team, and Navy.
S. Miss played at Top 10 Florida of SEC,
UAB lost by 4 pts at Top 10 Okla of Big12,
Memphis at an SEC team Miss,
Marshall lost to Top 5 W.Virginia,
SMU lost to Top 25 Texas Tech
ECU lost at a solid NAVY team,
Now, lets look at MWC's 4 losses,
none to ranked teams,
one loss to a Div-1aa team
SDSU lost to a CUSA team
New Mexico lost to a Div-1aa team
BYU lost to a PAC10 team Arizona
UTAH got their [deleted] kicked by UCLA
Just for arguments sake, what about their wins??
MWC wins: B12, Two Div-1aa's, and a bad WAC team,
Ranked TCU played 2nd worst B12 team Baylor by 10,
Wyoming beat Utah State (a bad WAC team),
UNLV beat a 1aateam Idaho State
Colo State beat a 1aa team Weber State
Still think that 4-4 (2 Div-1a wins, 2 Div-1aa losses)
is better than CUSA's 3-6 (to be fair, UCF/Tulsa beat 1-aa's)?
