When we hear those words of our alma mater, we should reflect fondly on our memories of our time on the Hilltop.

The experience, the friends and the contributions...they shaped who we are and what we are destined to become for the rest of our lives. I considered it an honor to attend one of the best schools in the country. Outside of marrying my wife, going to SMU was the second-best decision of my life.

Every time I make the drive over to Dallas from Fort Worth, I go out of my way to see the campus. Ironically, a feeling of pride overwhelms me and a smile appears.

Once a Mustang, always a Mustang!!!

I went to SMU and found my future wife too. I killed two birds with one stone by making such a good decsion. But man, it can get tough to sing sometimes.
