Tech and El Paso Game

Well, I see it took OT for Tech to beat El Paso 38-35. So we now have been blown away by a team that struggled against one of our conference opponents and a team we should have drubbed!

UTEP managed to score 35 points, on what we thought was a STOUT Tech defense.

UTEP will slaughter SMU to atone for last year's game. I'm afraid Houston and UAB may do likewise. Come to think of it, is there anyone on this year's schedule we can beat?

Based on yesterday, the only winnable games I see are SHSU and, perhaps, Tulane. Strike that-Tulane will be sky high like NTSU for the first college game in the refurbished Superdome-only SHSU.
