quit [deleted] on the board, it accomplishes nothing except further demoralizing a team that needs support rather than hate
these kids had a game where, lets face it, there was a ton a pressure bearing down on them to win...and they bombed it - big [deleted] deal, who hasn't - especially a bunch of loser who spend too much time on ponyfans
what if we get our act together and start stringing some wins along? will all you whiners jump back on the bandwagon

I'd be happy to jump back on. Now lets see the wins.

Can someone fast forward the next 10 games and tell me how it comes out? It is going to be a long wait until Thanksgiving.

Playing North Texas in Denton is pressure?!
Lord help us if we ever make it to the conference championship or the Liberty Bowl.
We should have rolled those guys by 30 points.

Every game has pressure; if you're going to complain about pressure vs. unt, then maybe you're not the kind of player we need.

6 out of 10 may get a bowl game. Each game is key but probably must win these 4:
At Tulane
Marshall
at ECU
at Rice
Add wins over SHSU & Ark St gets 6, but obviously nothing guaranteed and pulling off an upset over UH, UTEP, UAB or Tulsa is not out of the question. This loss means SMU must play over .500 the rest of the way and it all starts this week. Any loss in the next 3 games would be a killer.

This year CUSA only has 5 bowl games: GMAC, New Orleans, Birmingham, Fort Worth, Liberty Bowls. There is the out side chance of the Hawaii Bowl but that is if the Pac 10 doesn't put up 6 teams for their bowls and CUSA has 6+ bowl eligible teams.

yes there are 10 more games to go...but the problem is that in the first 2, there has been little positive to look at for finding hope in the future
