SMU fans

We Miner fans felt the same way in 2003 when UTEP lost to Div I-AA Cal Poly in the Sun Bowl. Gary Nord was fired at the end of the season and we got Mike Price. That year, our attendance average hit all time low....barely 20k. Not since 1984, UTEP has averaged less than 20k fans in a season.
Like UTEP, you guys have an AD that won't settle for mediocrity. Who knows, but that loss to UNT might get you a better coach in the end(R.C. Slocum????).
But please, don't lose to Sam Houston State this weekend or I'll.....
