Can We Please Consolidate ALL the Wally & Beav

"coaching suggestions" on one thread please?!? This never ending, "let's bring in Lou Holtz" crap is maddening..."how 'bout Madden?!?"....are you guys for real?? Most of you seem to have lost all perspective of who we are, what we are, and where we are....Bobby Bowden / Lou Holtz / Skip Holtz / Johnnie Holtz / Dom Capers / John Madden / Charlie Waters / Roger Staubach / Bear Bryant's 4th cousin, etc., etc., etc freakin' etc. are not coming.....this is a joke. Orsini will hire the right guy, when necessary, to lead this team out of darkness...it will most likely be a guy with some direct or indirect connection to Norte Dame, BUT NOT HOLTZ, who will come in here and calmly fix the broken pipes..until then, for the love of Pete, "how 'bout Pete Carroll, Beav", can we stop with this unrealistic bird brain [deleted]?!?

Nobody thought we would bring in dough and that happened. I think Orsini has proven he will bring in a name coach that had a slip up as he did with O'leary. I think it is fine to consolidate to 1 coach board but I think if you want to throw out some old NFL names, why not? Doesn't hurt anyone...

Instead of threads about who will replace the fired coach du jour, can anyone give any insight as to how our TEAM is doing this week? How has the attitude been? Are the receivers catching the ball this week? Are the QBs showing any progress? How is the D looking in their preparations?

I know that firing the coach and hiring some great name has been is the most innovative idea on this board. However, one or two of us would like to hear information about our team and this week’s game.

Ok Ford to Tolbert what do you think about this guy? He has a UT and a Notre Dame connection.

I still think we should hire GW, and his cronies, think of all the stuff we could get away with!! Plus if we have his library we could seal all of his "recruiting" records up in the library far from the prying eyes of the NCAA.

It's worse than that--this is all of our fandom.

Great Post Ford to Tolbert. If we hire any of these aged name coaches, we certainly can get a great sponsor. "Depends" or "Viagra". On second thought we ought to get Viagra sponsorship now. The last football game was a four hour boner and caused most of the posters here to crap their pants.
