Does anyone know what happened with Ed Davidson? He was a huge asset to the athletic department. Just curious...

Ed took a new job as a Riddell Equipment rep. Better hours for a family man...

Glad to hear. I worked for him my four years at SMU. He is a great guy. Have they hired a replacement for him?

Have to disagree on that...I thought Ed was a good guy. After having Beefy for a few years, Ed was quite a nice change. Hope he does well at Riddel.

Sorry to hear Ed left.
He really helped us a few weeks ago finish out
the "new addition" shown below to our BLVD Tent.
Ed seemed like a really nice guy.
Best of luck to him in his new endeavor.

My son worked for Ed in 1997. He loved working for him. But, if Ed didn't like you... well, as Ed put it, "You'll need Ed before Ed needs you!"
Glad he got something with a bit more regular hours - maybe even a bit more $$$'s?

I have a friend that worked with/for Ed. What a great guy. I did not realize that he had left the program. Good luck Ed.
