Just reading this board can give one a sun burn from all the sunshine after yesterdays win over the Bare Katz.

As delighted as I was with this game and hopefully it will be a confidence builder, I think this is the last time this we will see our lines totally dominate the other side. Willis had more time to pass than will be available from here on out. We still can not stop and option and 10 yard outs are automatic with an additional 5 yard cushion. As I said, hopefully this will be a confidence game that will inspire even better play but they still need to pick it up not only for conference play but next week.

And PS to Coach B.: Since we choose not to use a special teams coach may I offer that Jesse Henderson be taken off the Kickoff coverage team. Another concussion and we could lose him for the year. We have other fast kids to use in coverage, we need Henderson on the return team.

And PPS to Coach B.: Look on the film and make note of the excellent blocking by Chris Phillips when he got in for a few plays at tight end. He could definitely be used as a 2nd or 3rd TE on running in short yardage.

I also noted that the coaches had space on the sidelines. I did not see any over management during the game.

One point for D is that cushion for wide outs. We can not give away that much and stop a pass play for short yardage.

All in all a good game called by O.

I agree.....WAY to much cushion. 2nd and 3rd units, need to work on wrapping up on tackles.
