Coach Doherty was sitting about 5 rows behind me at the game yesterday. He stayed almost to the very end. It was great to see him out supporting the football program.

Tall crowd. In addition to Coach Doherty, I also saw his buddy George Lynch and Moses Malone, whose son is a WR for Sam Houston State. All three look like they could run a few laps and be ready to play again.

I saw Lynch sitting with Coach Doherty for a while but never saw Moses Malone. Very tall crowd indeed!

He was directly in front of me where I marched off after pregame. I was excited to see him there.

Were any recruits sitting with him?

I don't think so. It looked like the people with him were his kids.

I think it's more of a tribute to his ubiquity, not our stalker-ish-ness.

Do they have Backyard Burger in Dallas now? Overrated, IMO.

Then again, I guess they have it in Memphis, and peraps that was on the top of your head. I did stop at a Krystal Burger in Longview this weekend, though.

Bush Library.

RGV,

I hope you enjoyed the Krystal burger. You must have eaten at the one in Longview just before they folded over the weekend.

Backyard Burgers is located at the intersection of Central Expwy. (Hwy. 75) and Royal Lane in north Dallas. Haven't tried 'em yet.

HixsontoLeVias, I mean...FordtoTolbert... ...he's just jealous that he's not in Dallas to get in on the fun! Memphis...please. Elvis is dead.
