Do we have any "prima donna pretty boys" on the Mustangs

Mike Leach says he won't tolerate in the future any "posers". "front-runner showboats" and "prima donna pretty boys" on his TT team. Of course he recruited all these veteran players who he now says are guilty of a disturbing lack of effort. He also said that "about half of what I'd like to do to address this is illegal". I do not think we have this problem with the Mustangs and Coach Bennett.

Guess that means Leech has to let himself go.

The "problem" is called losing-and we've perfected it. Tech's coach just doesn't turn over and accept it like SMU and its fans.

Speaking of prima donna pretty boys, moving into first place this week is Roy Williams of the Lions, who was posing after making first down catches at times when his team was losing 17-0 and 24-0 last week against Da Bears.

How are SMU fans "accepting" losing? What's the alternative to accepting it?

If the fans "accepted it," we wouldn't be upset when SMU loses, and the fans who genuinely care are. If the school "accepted it" the coaches wouldn't be breaking down film at 5 AM, the players wouldn't be practicing until they puke and wouldn't be lifting and running and studying film like they do. They wouldn't be working though pain. They wouldn't be staying AFTER practice to work on their own. They care and the fans care.
