TULANE game watching party

Postby tmustangp » Wed Sep 27, 2006 11:26 am

setup for the young alumni but I encourage all fans to go..

Kickoff is at 6:30 p.m. on September 30 and we will be at The Public
House at 2010 B Lower Greenville Avenue, Dallas, TX 75206. You can
find more information on the bar at http://texaspubhouse.com.

Please RSVP to me by September 29th and let me know if you will be
able to make it and let me know how many friends you will be bringing.
You can email me at [email protected] or call me at 214-768-4740.

I will ask andrew if we really need to rsvp.. Please don't let the young alumni tag deter you from going.. We should all be at one place watching it together.

I hear the official watching party is at the Super Dome in New Orleans. They tell me the experience will be so real, it will be just like being there. So yeah, that's where I'm going.

Lack of funds will prevent me from making the trip to NOLA. So, I'll be at the game watching party in Dallas. Looking forward to it!

I am looking for a place to watch the game with a couple of friends but want the game to be the focus, not someone trying to get me to cut a check at halftime :P .

I like the idea of everyone being at one place, but don't want to crash their party if they have a certain agenda, plus I will probably be dragging some non SMU alums along as well.

Anyone know any information about this place? I have never heard of it and that link isn't working. They have big screens? sound? etc....

Choosing the right bar is very important...would be pissed if they only have a couple small TVs.....

I'll be in Coleman, Dove Hunting.. so I'll be sure to listen on radio.. or check via cell phone what the score is.. whatever I can do to get the score.

Horray for TIVO is all I can say..
