I have all acess and was trying to watch some past games of this year. The pop up window does not expand all the way so I can't click the watch the film button. I have tried everything and it won't let me make the pop up all access gives me to watch the game. Any suggestions would be great? Is the UTEP game on tv? or video broadcast? thanks.

I have the same problem at work. A pretty experienced computer guy couldn't figure it out.

I haven't had that problem, that sounds kind of wierd. Do you need to change your font settings (like to a smaller size)? I don't know...

The only problem I have is, in the 2006 version, I can't figure out how to open the picture up to the full screen like I did last year. Yeah I know it's kind of blurry, but it's not so bad from on the couch, which is where I'd prefer to watch.

...and I have that problem at home. But I know it should work because it does on other people's computers. I've tried everything.

It isn't on All Access it seems. Its on the UTEP Athletic site though. They have something called UTEP Game Day that it costs like 5 dollars to watch.

Have y'all tried double-clicking on the video when it's playing? That works for me.

I also had the problem where my work computer did not expand the pop up windows enough to make a selection. I changed the resolution settings for my monitor a couple of times (moved to a higher resolution) and I was then able to see all options. Doubling clicking on the video also works for me to expand to full screen. Hope this helps.
