UTEP so overated

Postby Duke Blue Blood » Sat Oct 07, 2006 11:42 pm

Like everyone else here.. I am sure we all said, "imagine if Willis was in".

UTEP is really not that good and we proved it w/o Willis and Rogers.

Also proved that Justin and Justin aren't exactly the only players in our locker room.

From the sound of the radio broadcast, Adrian Haywood was an absolute beast tonight.

If would have seen the game you would know this was our game to win......this was an easy game for us to win with Willis. Instead we as typical SMU fans have to expect mediocrity instead of 4-2 and 2-0 in conference....this is getting old as usual. sunshiners beware... I am 100X the fan you will ever be....

Correction... we should be 5-1 and 2-0 in conference. We had so many missed opportunities that came back and bit us in the end. I just wish we would have played with the same attitude that we played the second half with the entire game.

Frustration to no end.....instead of winning this game after a pathetic loss to UNT...we have to watch a WELL OVER .500 team go to exaclty that....500.....

I do not care what Willis did...Any real program temporarily suspends him on Sunday....I still do not know what he did but it BETTER be more than he kicking some guys as$..I could care less.....

Win!!!!!!! as I have never known an SMU winning program in all my years!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Our "D" did the bend don't break to the max. Great job!

Our "O" was limited with injured RB's & #2 QB... B-U-T...

did we have a single 3rd down conversion against one of the worst pass defenses in America???
