I think who ever starts on Saturday, Corey deserves a lot of credit. He was put into the position of starting quarterback at the last minute last week without a lot of time to prepare and stepped in and still had a decent game. He has practiced all week not really knowing what was going to happen. I am just as pleased that Justin Willis is back with team as everyone else is, but I want Corey to know that we appreciate him also. Good luck to who ever gets the start on Saturday.

Agreed. I'm glad to have Corey on the team, whether he's starting or not.

Very well said.
Corey Slater is a very classy guy and has handled all this better than I would have.
Regardless of who's playing .... GO MUSTANGS!

Slater is a great team player. He will most likely start on Saturday because PB said he would be the starter. Although I WANT willis to be the starter, Corey deserves it more because of all the hard work he has put in over these long hauls during this whole Willis-gate scandal.

Corey should start with the understanding that Willis will play. If corey plays well, delay Willis

I think the QB that gives us the best chance to win should start-I'm pretty sure I know which QB that is.

At this ppint I would start Slater as a thank you. If he does well, why change.
We all like Willis's skills and he will return at some point but I would start Corey.

At this point I think Corey has the game plan better down. If he faulters, then yank him early.

Slater will be the starter for the first 2 series, then WE will see Willis.
Thats what I'm hoping for.

I hope that we DON'T see WILLIS until the 4th quarter...meaning, he is doing so good we don't need to have him. I hate to waste 2 series...
